Audio recording and post-production

Audio recording and post-production for cinema, television, streaming and online channels.

The audio recording and post-production department covers all stages of any project that involves sound.

This includes studio voice recording, editing and post-production, sound restoration, mixing, sound effects, sound design, ADR and audio description.
The work can be created from scratch or applied to existing material, as the studio is equipped to handle projects of various kinds.
Voice-overs, dubbing and podcasts are supported by a technical team, ensuring quality control and sound optimisation for different formats and platforms (including technical adaptation of loudness levels).

Audio Recording

Audio recording takes place in a studio, in an acoustically treated environment with controlled conditions, focus on clarity, consistency, and the absence of unwanted noise.

Audio Editing

Audio editing includes noise removal and dialogue editing.

Sound Effects

Sound effects involve the creation or application of audio elements such as effects, ambiences, and actions synchronized with the picture.

Sound Design

Sound design involves creating sounds from scratch (for fiction, brand identity, radio, or games) or transforming existing sounds.

ADR

ADR (Automated Dialogue Replacement) is a technique used to correct technical issues in the original sound.

It involves re-recording dialogue in the studio to replace the audio recorded during filming, when affected by noise, interference, microphone faults, or simply to improve the clarity, diction, and performance of the dialogue.
This service is complemented by our audio post-production, ensuring the new dialogue integrates seamlessly with the existing soundtrack.

Audio Description

Our audio description services form part of an inclusive strategy designed for people with little or no vision.

We record a narration track describing what is happening on screen, including facial expressions, body language, actions and movements that occur in silence, on-screen text, and scene changes.
The process includes viewing and analysing the original content, script writing, studio voice recording, integration with the original audio, and synchronisation.

Audiovisual projects with technical precision and a creative soul.
