“Living Large” hits cinemas

“Living Large”, dubbed by Pim Pam Pum – Produção Audiovisual, premiered in cinemas on 22 September.

After screening at IndieLisboa in March, the animated film “Living Large”, dubbed by Pim Pam Pum, finally premiered in cinemas on 22 September, winning over audiences of all ages.

“It was one of the projects I enjoyed working on the most,” said Pim Pam Pum’s sound engineer, Emanuel Silva.

Full of colour, music and humour, “Living Large” tackles a sensitive and topical issue: being bullied for being overweight. The story follows Ben, an optimistic, good-humoured boy who, despite challenges, is forever cheerful.

“It’s a film with a very powerful message for society. All the voice actors involved in this project showed great commitment, and the whole team loved the result. The animation is absolutely beautiful, making it an excellent choice for parents and children to watch together,” commented Pim Pam Pum’s production director, Marisa Félix.

More than just entertainment, the film conveys an inspiring message about resilience, self-esteem and the importance of facing challenges with courage and a light-hearted attitude.
